Sweet Candy operates on a grid-based match-3 engine where players swap adjacent candies to create horizontal or vertical lines of three or more identical pieces. Each successful match triggers a cascade system where new candies drop from the top, potentially creating chain reactions that multiply your score with combo multipliers ranging from x2 to x10.
Matching four candies creates Striped Candy that clears entire rows or columns. Five-candy L-shapes generate Wrapped Candy with a 3x3 blast radius. Matching five in a straight line produces the Color Bomb, which eliminates all candies of one color across the entire board. Combining two power-ups creates hybrid effects: Striped + Wrapped clears three rows and columns simultaneously, while Color Bomb + Striped removes all candies of one color as striped explosions.
The game features 500+ hand-crafted levels divided into 25 episodes with escalating difficulty curves. Obstacles include chocolate spreaders that multiply each turn, licorice locks requiring adjacent matches to break, and frosted layers needing multiple hits. Lives regenerate at one per 30 minutes with a maximum of five, or players can request lives from friends or purchase unlimited life boosters for specific time windows.
Journey through 25 themed episodes spanning Candy Kingdom, Chocolate Mountains, Lollipop Meadows, and Gummy Bear Forest. Each episode contains 20 levels with unique board layouts, specific objectives like score targets, ingredient collection, or jelly spreading, and boss levels featuring timed challenges with exclusive rewards.
Complete fresh puzzles every 24 hours to earn Sugar Drops that accumulate in a progressive reward ladder. Seven consecutive days unlock the Golden Pin achievement and 50 gold bars. Weekly tournaments pit you against global players on identical boards where highest scores win exclusive boosters and profile badges.
Pre-level boosters include Extra Moves (+5 turns), Color Bomb starter, and Sweet Teeth that remove one candy type. In-game helpers feature the Lollipop Hammer for single-candy destruction, UFO that targets three random candies, and the Striped + Wrapped combo pack. All boosters can be earned through gameplay or purchased with gold bars.
Connect with Facebook to compare progress on the episode map, send and receive lives with 30-minute cooldowns, and compete on friend leaderboards updated in real-time. Weekly team events require collaborative candy crushing where groups of 20 players combine scores to unlock milestone rewards including rare boosters and profile frames.
Spin the Daily Booster Wheel every 24 hours for random prizes: 15-minute unlimited lives, 3x striped candy boosters, 10 gold bars, or jackpot rewards of 100 gold bars. Consecutive spins increase jackpot probability. The wheel resets if you miss a day, incentivizing daily engagement without mandatory play sessions.
